Q1. Is the tariff mentioned on the website with fuel ?

A. No this is without fuel tariff. Fuel is not included in the tariff.

Q2. Do you provide fuel for the initial 250 kms ?

A. No we do not provide fuel.

Q3. Why do you allow only 250 kms per day as i will be filling the fuel ?

A. Yes we agree that you would be filling the fuel. We do have kilometers restrictions coz every kilometer you drive there is a maintenance involved. Hence there is a kilometer restrictions for 24 hrs.

Q4. What is the minimum age required to hire a car ?

A. Minimum age required for self driving a car is 23 years.

Q5. What proofs or documents do I need to submit at the time of hiring ?

A. Original Driving License is mandatory and has to be showed to us at the time of hire and the same will be retruned back immediately. Original Adhaard Card, Original Pan Card & Cheque Leaf ( Security ) have to be submitted at the time of hiring.

Q6. What if i dont have a Cheque leaf ?

A. In that case you can make an extra cash deposit of Rs. 5000/-.

Q7. Do you offer pick up / drop to our doorstep or do we have to come and pick up / drop the car ?

A. Customers generally come and pick the car and drop the car back to our office. But if you would like to have the car being dropped or picked up, the same can be availed at a nominal charge of Rs 500. ( one way ) and also depending upon the drivers availability. Please do make sure you confirm with us at the time of booking to avail the same.

Q6. Do you provide drop & pickup services at the airport ?

A. Yes we do have airport pickup/drop facility. But it will be costing you 500 Rs one way ( As airport is situated approx. 25 kms away from our premises )

Q9. How can i make a payment online to book the car in advance ?

A. You can make payment online in advance through your credit card, debit card, Paytm or netbanking through a generated link sent by us on your request. You can even transfer the funds to our bank account to book the same. Payment is also accepted at our office premises in form of cash or card.

Q10. How is the transaction done & how much do i need to pay to book the car ?

A. The full amount towards the vehicle hired for the no. of days along with a small security deposit will have to be paid in advance along with the necessary original evidences.

Q11. Do you refund the amount if the booking is cancelled by us due to some reason ?

A. We are sorry, no refunds shall be given or entertained after the booking is cancelled and payment is already made in advance due to our company policies & regulations.

Q12. How does the insurance work ?

A. We do have comprehensive insurance for all the vehicles. The insurance will only be claimed if the damage billing is more than 25,000 Rs. provided customer is willing to pay the insurance difference amount & vehicle grounding charges. We advise the customer to drive the vehicle safely - carefully to avoid these circumstances & for the convenience of other customer who's booking will be in pipeline.

Q13. What are your timings ?

A. We are open from 10 AM to 6 PM. You need to pick/drop the vehicle at above mentioned timings. You can't return the vehicle after 6 PM. As it will be collected only the next day

Q14. Do u provide vehicles on an hourly basis ?

A. Vehicles can only be hired for a minimum of 24 hours ( 1 day )

Q15. How is one booking day calculated ?

A. From the time you take next 24 hours is considered as one day.
